Small insights can change actions and ultimately transform organizations.
Witnessing such moments time and again, I have been deeply drawn to the essence of leadership.
For over 30 years, I have been involved in leadership development and organizational transformation.
My desire to explore “what is really happening in the moment” beyond systems and frameworks led me to academic research.
My doctoral thesis demonstrated the emergence mechanism of shared leadership through emotional resonance, using ethnography.
I am convinced that leadership transformation does not occur alone.
In July 2025, I launched INNERSHIFT as a platform to support introspection and relationships, and I continue to engage in dialogue with many executives and leaders.
